BRANDL TALOS advises btov on investment in data analytics startup Visplore

Vienna-based startup Visplore has received €1 million in funding from btov Partners' Industrial Technologies fund for its innovative graphical analysis software.

Visplore is primarily aimed at the manufacturing and energy industries, where it helps to visualize data in such a way that it can also be processed directly by process specialists.

BRANDL TALOS acted for btov Partners on the investor side. The team consisted of partner Roman Rericha, attorney Stephan Strass and associate Sonam Schima.

Visplore was advised by Herbst Kinsky (Philipp Kinsky, Georg Durstberger, Carmen Walser) on the transaction.

With the financing from btov Partners, Visplore GmbH will expand its sales, marketing and development team to further accelerate its growth. Customers include electricity producer Verbund, paper manufacturer Mondi, research service provider AIT and RHI Magnesita.
