In addition to the existing investors, which include Runtastic co-founder Alfred Luger, OÖ HightechFonds and Pioneers Ventures (startup300), the Finnish VC fund Sparkmind, Tractive co-founders Michael Tschernuth and Michael Lettner and other investors also participated in the new financing round.
The Linz-based start-up operates a digital guitar learning app that can be used on a smartphone, tablet or computer and uses artificial intelligence and augmented reality to analyse aspects such as pitch, tempo and playing technique. The fresh capital will now go towards expanding the learning offering and signing partnerships in the global music trade.
