BRANDL TALOS has advised the shareholders of contextflow GmbH, a Vienna-based leader in AI-powered lung imaging and radiology workflow solutions, on the signing of a binding agreement for the sale of the company to ASX-listed medical technology company 4DMedical Limited.

We are particularly pleased to have supported contextflow and its shareholders on this important milestone, having advised the company over several years of its growth journey.
