Elektromotorenwerk Grünhain GmbH (EMGR) employs around 270 people at sites in Grünhain-Beierfeld (Germany) and Gabrovo (Bulgaria) and develops electric motors and components for industrial applications such as pumps, conveyor belts or compressors. As of January 1, 2021, System Industrie Electronic Holding AG (S.I.E. Holding) will acquire 70.1% of EMGR shares from the listed MS Industrie AG.
S.I.E. Holding operates a global group of companies providing electronic solutions, components and services to leading industrial companies worldwide for their medical, government/safety and industrial applications. Together with EMGR’s management, S.I.E. Holding aims to expand the business, particularly in the further development of innovative electronic controls and systems for motor applications and in the field of cargo e-mobility.
