BT advised investors 3VC, Speedinvest, Serena and PUSH on the seed financing round of Emmi AI. With a total investment of EUR 15 million, the round marks the largest seed funding ever raised by a startup in Austria.

With the new funds, the deep tech startup plans to expand its team, bring its simulation platform to market readiness, and scale internationally.

The BT team consisted of Roman Rericha, Adrian Zuschmann and Elena Ciresa. Emmi AI was advised by DORDA (Lukas Herrmann, Bianca Schamberger). Oberhammer Rechtsanwälte (Thomas Hofer, Christian Pindeus) advised NXAI.  Tax advice was provided by LeitnerLeitner (Michael Pucher, Alexander Kras).
