After twenty years of blue, we have decided to change our corporate design to better reflect our firm’s identity going forward.

Why is that? It’s simple: We have advanced from a small law firm built around the founding partners to a top-tier firm with a leading market position in our practice areas. Today, we offer a wide range of legal services, including banking & finance, gaming & entertainment, litigation, M&A and venture capital, compliance and white-collar crime. By expanding our range of practice areas and attracting younger partners to our firm, we stand ready, full of energy, to start a new chapter.
