Patrick Mittlböck (28), previously Senior Associate, strengthens the team of BRANDL TALOS Partner Nicholas Aquilina in the areas of Litigation and Gaming & Entertainment as of now as an Attorney at Law.

Prior to joining the firm in May 2021, he studied law at the University of Vienna and worked as an associate at a renowned international law firm. Now he continues his career as a registered attorney at BRANDL TALOS. “I am looking forward to continuing to work on exciting cases with a highly motivated team in one of the leading commercial law firms in the country. He is an expert in international gambling law, including aspects of EU law, social gaming, e-sports and fantasy sports. Nicholas regularly represents clients in regulatory and licensing matters before national regulators, at European associations and before EU institutions. He has (co-) authored several publications and is excited to be driving the LegalTech initiative at BT.
