BRANDL TALOS advised Sportradar Group (NASDAQ: SRAD), a leading global provider of sports data and content, on its acquisition of Vaix Group, a pioneer in developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions specifically designed for the iGaming industry headquartered in London. The transaction completed on 6 April 2022.

With Vaix’s innovative AI technology, iGaming operators gain a personalized view of their customers, which helps them provide a more targeted, player-friendly experience. Sportradar has already partnered with Vaix for the past two years and incorporated its technology into its Managed Trading Services (MTS) offering, a sophisticated trading, risk, live odds and liability management solution for betting operators.
