Nina Sterzl: Expert in the areas of complex litigation, unfair competition and sustainability advertising

At BRANDL TALOS, Nina advises companies and decision-makers in the areas of litigation, sustainability and ESG. She specialises in conducting complex civil proceedings, in particular in the areas of gaming & entertainment, unfair competition and personal rights. She also supports companies in the implementation of advertising concepts, particularly in relation to ESG and sustainability. Born in Salzburg, she studied law at the University of Salzburg and was previously a partner at a well-known Viennese law firm. The international lawyer ranking ‘Legal 500’ has repeatedly recognised Nina as a ‘Rising Star’.

Johanna Hauer: Specialist in litigation and trade mark law

Johanna advises and represents companies in court and administrative proceedings at BRANDL TALOS. She specialises in commercial law and gaming & entertainment. In addition, the young lawyer specialises in trademark law and has already conducted a large number of international trademark opposition proceedings. Born in Vienna, she studied law at the Juridicum in Vienna. Before joining BRANDL TALOS, she worked for a well-known Viennese law firm, where she specialised in intellectual property, general civil law and civil procedure law.
