Nicholas advises international gaming, betting and entertainment companies on regulatory, licensing, compliance, commercial and transactional matters.

He is an expert in international gambling law, including aspects of EU law, social gaming, e-sports and fantasy sports. Nicholas regularly represents clients in regulatory and licensing matters before national regulators, at European associations and before EU institutions. He has (co-) authored several publications and is excited to be driving the LegalTech initiative at BT.
Thomas Talos

Thomas founded the firm in 2000 together with Ernst Brandl. He is co-publisher of the commentary on the EU Merger Act and (co-)author of numerous publications.

Jens Becker

Jens specialises in gaming and entertainment law and provides comprehensive legal advice to leading gambling and sports betting providers as well as Bundesliga clubs and media companies in Germany for more than 20 years. He also specialises in European law. He also specialises in contract law and public commercial law.

Jens regularly represents clients before regulatory authorities, courts and EU institutions. He is a member of the executive committee of the German Sports Betting Association (Deutscher Sportwettenverband e.V.).

Angela Yonkova-Markov

Angela specializes in international gaming and betting law, European law, and e-commerce and social media. She advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues, including relevant aspects of the EU law. Her scope of work also includes advising and representing leading international companies in court on gaming litigation.
