New addition to BRANDL TALOS: Daniel Schmidt joins the corporate & transactional team

BRANDL TALOS grows and strengthens its team with Dr. Daniel Schmidt, LL.M. MBA-HSG, (32) adding another highly qualified attorney.

Born in Vienna, Dr. Schmidt looks back on more than ten years of professional experience in renowned law firms and has gained experience especially in the Corporate/M&A area. He will now bring this extensive experience to his role at BRANDL TALOS: “It is a particular focus of mine to not only look at the challenges of clients from a legal perspective, but also not to lose sight of their economic goals,” says Daniel Schmidt, explaining his goal at BRANDL TALOS.

He will expand the team around partner Roman Rericha in the areas of corporate law & transactions, venture capital & start-ups.
