At Brandl Talos, we believe in learning by doing, in growing with tasks and in getting the right guidance to do so. In our student program, we give the aspiring next generation lawyers the opportunity to actively contribute to our team's success from the very beginning, to learn in practice and to receive the support that will help them grow as individuals.

Whom we are looking for

We are looking for those students, who are passionate about law, business-minded and creative, who outgrow themselves as part of our team and who are ready to take the challenge.

How you will grow

We think it’s key that students are part of the team from Day 1, work on legal tasks and are part of exciting projects. For this reason, we offer student jobs for 20 hours/week. Our newbies a supported by experienced mentors who provide guidance and assistance – not only in professional and legal questions.

What’s next for you

Our trainee programme is our way of finding and training talented lawyers (and those on their way). That’s why we want to keep as many of them as possible as members of our team, also after graduation. From beginning as a Junior Associate to becoming a Partner in the firm, the entire career path is open for you, as many examples in our team show.

As student at BT you do not just get insights into a lawyer's work, but you can actually contribute yourself with the help and guidance of experts. You learn on the job.
