We have developed a three-staged recruiting process to find these indivuduals so that we can get to know our potential new colleagues just a little bit better:

01Your application

Applying for a job offer or on your own initiative, applying as a lawyer of for our summer trainee programme: every single job application is thoroughly reviewed by our HR team and the competent Partner. Following this review, we will contact you in any case. It goes without saying that we will handle your application confidentially.

02A face-to-face meeting

Your qualifications and CV have impressed us. We would like to invite you to a face-to-face interview. This personal meeting will help us explore whether you and us will be the perfect fit. Depending on the position you are applying for, we may schedule a second personal meeting.

03Welcome on board

Following the successful interview, we will present you with a job offer. We are looking forward to welcoming you on board, as a new and valued member of our team. You will be part of our New Way of Law.
