Klaus Winhofer

Attorney at Law

About Klaus Winhofer
Klaus advises and represents clients in internal investigations and white-collar crime proceedings, as well as at the intersection of these areas with other fields of law. In particular, he helps managers make business decisions that are compliant with corporate law, thereby preventing criminal allegations from arising in the first place. He also supports companies in responding appropriately to all violations of labor law.

Another area of focus in his work is real estate law. He acts as a point of contact for both start-ups and established corporations, from drafting lease agreements to supporting complex real estate transactions.
